Andy Warhol. Toy Drawings
This catalogue was published for the Toy Drawings exhibition held at the
Paul Kasmin Gallery in New York, and contains extremely high quality photographic reproductions of the thirty five works on show. The graphics and choice of silver as the color for the cover elegantly recall the graphite that was the single, strong color dominating the variously sized sheets of white paper that Warhol used for his work. The artist’s most famous toys, such as the Roll Over Mouse and Kermit the frog, are also included in the book.

Artworks. Peter Greenaway
This catalogue was published to coincide with the solo show dedicated to multitalented artist Peter Greenaway. Curated by Paul Melia, reader in Art History at Staffordshire University, the exhibition was held at the Palazzo della Pilotta in Parma, Italy, and presented drawings and paintings produced by the English film director and video artist dating back to the ’60s. The catalogue contains a critical essay by Luca Massimo Barbero and a text by Peter Greenaway entitled Novantadue in which the English translation is “written” between the lines. Of particular note is the use of the symbol “” to mark the end of a paragraph in the texts.
