Art Addiction was founded in 1993 with the aim of promoting the work of contemporary artists through the organisation of international exhibitions.
The site, which has received the cyber excellence award and the culture choice award, lists all the exhibitions organised by the association and hosts the Internet Art Museum, with many virtual exhibitions such as the recent The 6th. International Exhibition of Female Artist’s Art, on view until the end of January 2000.
The site also offers a rich database of artists from all over the world where it is possible to obtain biographical information and some images of their works.

The site “Officiel des Arts” - in French and English - is a useful tool for discovering exhibition spaces, artists, museums and galleries in France.
The “Itinéraires” index lists many French galleries collected in various organisations such as the committee of Galeries Mode d’Emploi of Paris; the “Agenda” notes the exhibitions in progress with a link to the galleries that are hosting them; the section “Art en ligne” gathers the links of some museums, institutions and other places where art may be seen throughout the world and hosts the site of the month. The galleries which, from time to time, enrich the site, are visualized in the section called “Actualités”.
