In recent years we witnessed a true incursion of sophisticated technological instruments in the realm of visual arts. The language of contemporary art has become more and more filtered by the use of complicated equipment, the foundation of which is a grammar made of digital images, electronic sounds, and computer and satellite transmissions. A whole generation of artists cohabits with various experts able to develop ideas and projects with the aid of new interfaces and advanced software, twisting their daily use and primary functions.
